Set on a constrained Southampton lot, Blue House began as a complete teardown and rebuild, creating an entirely new home while respecting the scale and character of its established neighborhood. Its distinctive blue shingle exterior, steep gables, dormers, and traditional detailing draw from classic coastal architecture without overpowering the surrounding homes.
