Set on nearly five wooded acres in Manorville, Woodland Ranch was conceived around the experience of arriving, moving through, and looking out across the property. The approach along the winding drive, the placement of the home within the trees, and a dramatically elevated rear deck shaped by the site’s natural topography all became part of the architecture. Barn-inspired forms, natural wood siding, stone, and deep overhangs create a modern country retreat that feels grounded in its woodland setting while remaining distinctly Long Island.
