Set along the Patchogue waterfront, Cape on the Water reimagines a traditional Cape for a more open, light-filled way of living. Without expanding the original footprint, the interior was completely redesigned while natural cedar shingles, new windows, and an expansive rear deck transformed the exterior and strengthened the home’s connection to the water. The result preserves the familiar character of a classic Long Island Cape while giving it a fresh architectural identity suited to modern waterfront living.
